Our Expansion of Registered Apprenticeship Programs initiative addresses workforce and talent gaps by utilizing the time-tested apprenticeship model to meet the demands of a changing labor market. Our team brings expertise across key industries—including healthcare, energy, and IT—while advancing strategies that support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) in training and employment. We aim to expand existing programs and develop new ones that create career pathways for individuals across a range of backgrounds. Our goal is to enroll an average of 750 Registered Apprentices or more annually throughout the life of the contract. This work builds on our proven track record of using apprenticeship to deliver certified, job-ready talent to employers nationwide.
